The New Findhorn Association (NFA) was created in 1999 to hold a holistic view for the growing Findhorn Foundation Community, established in 1962 and centred around the Findhorn Peninsula. The NFA is a membership led organisation consisting of some 350+ individuals & 40+ organisations and satellite communities. The Findhorn Foundation as an educational charity delivering spiritual, ecological and personal growth programs is the largest organisation in the NFA and an integral part of the Community. Many ecological and 'ecovillage' activities and programs happen in the community as well.
