Come along to our friendly and fun events to learn about food growing and nature: music, food, workshops, open days, mindfulness or craft, for all ages and abilities. Most events are free.
The group meets on Tuesdays at the Community Garden’s Forest Garden from 10.15 till 11.30 am. It is parent/carer led and is free for anyone with a child who is not in school. No need to book, just come along. We do growing and gardening!
We are very pleased to welcome back herbalist Rosy Rose. This workshop will focus on how to strengthen our health in spring by using herbal roots, from those we can easily find in supermarkets like ginger or turmeric to roots we may be able to dig up in our own gardens such as echinacea, marshmallow, burdock or valerian.
Swap tips, seeds and advice. Find out more about the garden and our latest projects. Have a cuppa and a chat. Browse our books or try out a garden quiz!
If you are one of the network growing spaces you can share news, events or volunteering opportunities so they can be included in the website. If you aren't a member yet but would like to be, just get in touch with us!
