What's On

The group meets on Tuesdays at the Community Garden’s Forest Garden from 10.15 till 11.30 am. It is parent/carer led and is free for anyone with a child who is not in school. No need to book, just come along.  We do growing and gardening!

A social group run by Alzheimer's UK for people affected by dementia. The group has its own bed in the Community Garden and meets at the Scout Hall.

 Help our dedicated team of garden volunteers to maintain and grow our wonderful garden. Our friendly garden facilitator June will lead the sessions and can provide support and tuition if you have no gardening experience. Swap tips, seeds and advice.  Find out more about the garden and our latest projects.  Have a cuppa and a chat.  Browse our books or try out a garden quiz!

Make art and bring nature indoors! Learn how to make monoprints using plants from our garden and found objects. Take home some beautiful pieces for gifts or decorating your own home.

During these hours the garden will be open to everyone, so if you want to come along and have a look around, have a cup of tea, or even help out with some of the gardening tasks, we look forward to seeing you there.  

Join Dundee Litter Pickers for a Jubilant January litter pick, survey and cuppa! Meet the team just outside the Maxwell. Help us make our area a nicer place for everyone and talk about everything waste-related in Dundee!

Come along and join in the Seed swap.  All seeds are welcome-veg, flowers or trees and shrubs.  Bring saved seed to swap or just have a look and pick up some free seeds.  

We're excited to be taking part in the Big Garden Birdwatch with @RSPBScotland.  Together let's make it count.  Take part in the largest wildlife survey in the world.  We will supply the tea, coffee and binoculars so come along and join in the count and learn about our urban wildlife.
