What's On

The group meets on Tuesdays at the Community Garden’s Forest Garden from 10.15 till 11.30 am. It is parent/carer led and is free for anyone with a child who is not in school. No need to book, just come along.  We do growing and gardening!

A social group run by Alzheimer's UK for people affected by dementia. The group has its own bed in the Community Garden and meets at the Scout Hall.

Join our FREE friendly, cosy Drop in Cafe.  

Bring out your inner craft skills and join in our Macrame workshop.  All materials supplied plus refreshments.  Make a beautiful, colourful plant holder. 

A wonderful workshop with Jek!  Find out how to grow plants for dyeing and then have a go at the process, lots of fun.  Unleash your inner artist!  All welcome and it's a Free event but donations are welcome.

No need to book, just turn up and join the picking group in the Park then enjoy a cuppa or some soup in the Maxwell centre.  This is a monthly group and we meet the first Monday in the month. 

Learn how to make your own fresh foliage Christmas Wreath.  We will use locally foraged holly and greenery and cones to create your very own Wreath for the door.  All materials supplied. 

Join our award winning designer Nicky in this wonderful Workshop.  Get creative in time for Christmas! Enjoy a chilled-out session creating your very own little Christmas village. We will be using wood offcuts and natural woodland materials to make our own houses and Christmas scenes. Perfect as a gift or to decorate your home for the season.
