Argyll Gardens should be an attractive place where people can sit and rest while walking or wheeling in the town centre. Instead it is an exposed expanse of mono-block with steps, trip hazards and rusted benches.

This large expanse of public space is the least attractive place to walk through or sit in the town centre.  It should be an attractive space with shelter, seating, bike parking and attractive planting.  It is a depressing location in need of a complete re-design.
