Nilupul Foundation is a health and wellbeing charity  based in Reform St in Dundee. 

We have a mindfulness-based approach to living and working well.

 We have developed a community allotment to grow and produce our own food.

Volunteer Sessions Saturday mornings 10.30am-12.30pm.

Refreshments are available at Volunteer sessions.

Excess produce is distributed amongst the volunteers and to food larders
