We foraged in the garden and collected Calendula flowers, Honeysuckle flowers, Blackcurrants, Coriander and Lemon balm. We mixed a large handful of the plant in a clean jar and covered it with cider vinegar. Then we used a hand blender to blitz the mixture together. This can sit in the jar with the lid on in the kitchen for 1-3 weeks. Then we will strain out the flowers and use the vinegar in cooking. A few interesting flavours I'm sure!
