Victoria Gardens Volunteers

Victoria Gardens is an exciting urban growing/social space located on the edge of Balgay Park. We have exciting plans for the space including a community kitchen and picnic benches.

Now we are looking for volunteers to help us to build a pond, club house, mud kitchen, and sow seeds.

The Garden is open we open Thursday, Friday and Saturday 10 to 3 pm in winter time and in spring / summer it will be open 5 days a week 10am to 4pm.

Volunteering can happen any time Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday 10am - 3pm or Friday/Saturday 11am - 4pm. Volunteers can be flexible on the role they want to play at the garden and the time commitment they would have. Tea/coffee facilities are available on site.

Sat: 11:00 - 16:00

We are a community garden situated in the old bowling green in the west end of Dundee. Our aim is promote environmental awareness and sustainability using as examples, offer people a place to relax, a way to engage with nature, to share what we know, learn new skills, spend quality time together and grow. With the support of local groups we are looking of provide quality and healthy food and to engage local people in community action.
