Fermentation Workshop - Using Garden Veggies

Frustrated by Food Waste? Join our workshop and learn how to ferment vegetables. It's a great way to preserve excess produce and make sure nothing goes to waste. We will provide all the materials and a range of garden veggies.

The Maxwell Community Garden

Our garden brings together people of all ages, cultures and backgrounds. We run over 20 sessions weekly to learn, play, create, grow and cook. We have counted over 350 edible plants grow in our walled garden at the heart of the Hilltown! Everyone is welcome.
